These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the APIs and services provided by Quantiken Labs LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You may use our APIs and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

To use certain services, you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payment and Billing

Some of our API services may require payment. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually through third-party payment providers. You may cancel your subscription at any time; charges will stop at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We provide software services only and do not hold customer funds or provide financial services.

4. Restrictions

You may not: (i) misuse the APIs, (ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access, (iii) copy, modify, or distribute our services without permission.
You may not use the services in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits, interferes with system integrity, or violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
You may not use the services for: (i) money transmission, payment processing, or financial intermediation, (ii) cryptocurrency custody, exchanges, or brokerage services, (iii) gambling, adult content, or illegal activities, (iv) healthcare or regulated financial applications

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may also terminate your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quantiken Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantiken Labs LLC from claims arising from your use of the services.
